An IM Conversation w/Guy Today
Me: omk what was the show again we talked about? they chose way too confusing of a name.
Him: Those Brits... we use names like cheers and That 70s show. It's very clear.
Me: yeah seriously like - "the sprig from the courtyard on the horizon"
Him: Larkrise to Candleford? WTF?
Me: some of them know better like Skins, Misfits, Being Human, Sugar Rush. those i can remember.
Him: vicars of Ballyhoo Chapel. Of Muffins, Maids and mailboxes is my favorite.

I have a theory that every British actor has been in at least Doctor Who, Skins or Game of Thrones.

theheadtheheartthetardis reblogged your post: Oh btw, even though I’ve never watched Doctor Who…
It breaks my heart that you haven’t watched Doctor Who…please…please watch it
I’ve thought about it, a lot, and it’s in my Netflix queue but so many have told me I won’t like it. I promise, sometime in the near future I will try it.

Oh btw, even though I’ve never watched Doctor Who I’d like to apolgoize
that I keep referring to it as Dr. Who, I’m clearly ignorant on anything
Doctor Who.

From Wikipedia
Orphan Black is shot on-location in Toronto, Canada. Although some U.S. critics have suggested that the city shown is a “no-name” city that stands in for New York—and in the first episode the police use NYPD mugs and NYPD vehicles[11]—the show reveals clues about its Canadian location: cars sport Ontario license plates, the multi-colored money, and a plane ticket that is displayed in...

Ok, so they could have tried a little harder to cover up the Canadian stuff because I find it distracting. The colorful money stands out like a sore thumb when it’s supposed to be an American city.

What is your favorite new British series?

I’m amidst a bit of a British tv drought…

I want to watch the This Is England series again but while I love it, much of it is very hard to watch and can be really really dark.
I have some time right now, send me any questions you want.

Dr. Who →
Now I’m not someone who is into Dr. Who but I realize you might want some
stuff about it on this blog (maybe you don’t care, maybe there are enough
blogs about it already). However, if anyone wants to write up any articles
for my blog for Dr. Who (or another show I
don’t watch) please contact me about it.
So many new followers. What is your favorite British series?
I feel like I have new British shows I want to check out but I can’t remember what they were. I need to start making lists.

I get so frustrated when certain scenes have the songs changed because of licensing rights, it just ruins the scenes for me.

Why do I have Pandora’s song she sings in the mental hospital in my head?

I came up with this theory last night while watching the series,
that every British actor has been in at least 1 of the following: Doctor
Who, Skins or Game of Thrones.
